"No Pain No Fame" - My personal favorite. Many of you old schoolers know this design by heart. The saying came to me after a notable spill and very healthy concussion. In my incoherent mumblings, I stuttered out this phrase: "no pain no fame". Luckily, my buddy made a note of it and it really stuck with me. It means there's always a price to pay, always something you have to give in order to get what you want.
